The most challenging aspect of implementing a complex community program for Project Management is organizing and navigating data to suit different purposes. Manual data collection using a sheet of paper creates too many problems plus it requires a bigger space to store them.

However, as the world moves toward digital transformation practices, most big programs are empowered by data and information generated by a system specifically designed and built for monitoring and evaluation purposes called MIS (Management Information System). As a tool, MIS helps to provide any real-time information needed for report purposes, analysis, comparison, lesson learned, or simply general information.
